As digital transformation, AI, and data-driven strategies reshape the IP landscape, this Annual provides a clear and structured platform to showcase the tools, insights, and organisations driving this change. Through expert interviews, articles, and case studies, it offers practical perspectives for law firms, in-house counsel, and innovators navigating the future of IP.
More than a publication, it is a platform for visibility, connection, and collaboration across the global IP community.

The Women’s IP Alliance
We are proud to introduce The Women’s IP Alliance, a new professional development platform and global community launching in January 2027. Developed from the community established through The Women’s IP World Annual, the Alliance will connect women across intellectual property, innovation, technology, academia, research, and entrepreneurship through global networking, mentorship, professional development, leadership opportunities, collaboration, specialist resources, and knowledge sharing.

More than a professional network, the Alliance is designed to create meaningful connections, strengthen careers, increase visibility, and open new opportunities for women across the global IP community. Members will also receive early access to Sally IP and Northon Media’s developing AI Legal Framework, created around the realities of intellectual property practice and the evolving needs of IP professionals.

IP Technovation Talks Podcast
In Episode 3 of Season 1 of IP Technovation Talks, presented by the IP Tech & Innovation Services Annual, host Dr Claudia Duffy, Founder of Innovare IP, is joined by Nadine Stuttle, CEO of PSS Solutions, to discuss her article, “Technology in IP: Powerful Tools, Complex Reality.” Nadine shares how more than 26 years of experience in intellectual property, spanning legal, operational, and technology-focused roles, shaped her approach to transformation and led her to establish PSS Solutions, an independent IP consulting and advisory group.
